Nadeu i Sala is a company that has more than 50 years of experience in the market, since 1962 with a trajectory in which it has achieved through constant innovation in our processes and together with the involvement of all staff a solid prestige in the field of metal coatings for different sectors such as automotive, perfumery, public works, hardware and electronics.

We currently have 3 different warehouses, both for production and for storage of customer products to be treated and finished, as raw material, as well as our own transport.

We are a department of your company, we treat your final finishes

Our activity is dedicated to the field of metal coatings, especially zinc plating. Therefore, we have 4 automatic lines, both frame and drum, with different finishes for each customer’s need, both for decoration and corrosion protection, and complying with all the demands that the market demands in each case.

We are available to package and label your products for your end customer.

The first premise: Quality

Our company’s constant concern for Quality in its processes and finishes, which often require control systems that allow us to find quick solutions, led us to create our own Testing Laboratory in 1990, which has been adapting to new times, with different methods and equipment. Today we have a CNS camera, X-ray equipment, Couloscopes, Deltascopes, Dualscopes, Microscope, and all the material to analyze baths and waters in situ.

To be able to guarantee both layer thicknesses, corrosion resistance or in situ analyses of all our processes with their corresponding records within our company.

We are also able to issue quality certificates for all our processes and finishes according to International Standards and/or individuals from all types of companies and sectors.
